The Chocolate Bar uses three different types of chocolates and only the best chocolate from around the world.

Cacao Noel chocolate is a French style chocolate that is a sophisticated chocolate line with an intensely rich, complex chocolate flavor.

Callebaut chocolate is a Belgian style chocolate, we only use the dark semi-sweet chocolate mixed with a milk chocolate to make our chocolate truffles and chocolate covered brownies. Over all the chocolate is well balanced with a bitter cocoa taste.

Guittard is an America chocolate brand that has been making chocolate for over a hundred years. The milk chocolate is one of the key parts to the deep flavor and richness of our chocolate fondue.

With a combination of these different chocolates, the chef at the chocolate bar is able to create a well balance rich chocolate flavor from the classic chocolate fondue to the chocolate chili cake that has a hint of spice.
